'CollectiveGroveHub began with a simple aim: to bring genuine Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Wilson family in 1985, our pizzeria started as a small, family-run spot with recipes passed down through generations.
Liam Wilson, our founder, learned the craft of pizza-making during travels across Italy, studying under master pizzaiolos in Naples—the birthplace of pizza. Upon returning to the UK, she resolved to recreate the magic of authentic Italian pizza, using traditional techniques and top-quality ingredients.
What began as a modest 12-seat pizzeria has grown into a beloved local institution, yet our commitment to quality and authenticity has never wavered. We still use wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough daily, and source the finest ingredients available.
Today, 'CollectiveGroveHub remains a family-owned business, with the second generation of the Wilson family now leading our dedicated team. While we’ve adopted some modern innovations, the essence of our business remains the same: crafting delicious, authentic pizza that brings people together.
